Intellectual Property News and Interesting Facts

Advocates (in UK Barristers) are the lawyers who appear in court to plead a case too a judge.

They are specialists in litigation. Clients never approach advocates directly, but must work throiugh an attorney.

After a client has approached an attorney, the attorney does all of the investigative work, and all of the papers are referred by him to an advocate.

An advocate‘s position is one of great trust and responsibility.
