Do you guys have a name search facility to see if its worth proceeding with a registration?
or must one pay for this service.
I just need to know if the name has been trademarked yet or not.

i have a clothing brand. we have designed a range and many art prints for the range.
How do we protect the name of the brand so that we can go into production, and get the stuff onto a few boutiques floors with out worries of the brand name being stolen by a rival brand and or company?

As you can see from the Trademark Search Costs posting the cost of doing a search (per mark) is R2508.
