Intellectual Property News and Interesting Facts
The difference between a trademark and a copyright is small but definitely something to consider. In easy terms, a trademark is typically a logo, catch-phrase, or brand name that represents a company or idea.
A copyright, however, usually pertains to an original work such as a book, movie, song, painting, or even something as simple as this article. Basically, anything you write down that was generated from original content can be copyrighted.
