Documentary Requirements
Power of Attorney (Trade Marks): This must be signed by the Applicant, and no legalisation necessary. This document must be executed and returned to us for lodging prior to acceptance. Representations: 15 representations per class, if it is a device mark.
Specification of Goods and Services
A listing of all international classes.
Priority documents: In cases where priority is claimed (within 6 months only), then the priority document must be executed and returned to us for lodging within 3 months of filing the application. (a separate trade mark application has to be filed for each class)
