Noëlle Pearson – Best Final Year Student

On Wednesday 15 November the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL) voted to accept new fellows who qualified as Trade Mark practitioners in 2017.

The afternoon lunch took place at the Pretoria Country Club followed by the prize giving ceremony where Noëlle Person from Smit & Van Wyk, Inc. was one of the candidates who qualified as a Trade Mark practitioner.  Noëlle was furthermore voted the best final year student for 2017 in South Africa.

The South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law was established in 1952 and represents Patent attorneys, Patent agents and Trade Mark practitioners in South Africa who specialize in the field of Intellectual Property Law.
