Completion of the Design Registration Application Forms

The design registration application forms must be completed accurately to ensure that your design application is successful and that protection will be to the maximum. The application must be made in the correct classes to ensure protection within those classes against infringement. The classification lists are also obtainable from CIPRO or directly from us. There may not be any details other than the article including a person or background, in the picture. Should it be necessary to include another object in the photo for the purpose of indication, then you will need to write a disclaimer as it must be excluded from the protection.
